At Casa our dedicated and experienced team will
ensure your day runs smoothly. We will offer advice
and suggestions to make your day perfect.

We are situated one mile to the west of Brighouse
and benefit from superb lakeside views.  Casa
embodies a continental style of hospitality – from
outdoor lakeside dining and drinking on the sun
terraces, to the relaxed and welcoming warmth of
the more traditional pleasures of Northern Europe
in the winter.

For receptions of 30 – 50 guests we can offer our warm, welcoming and romantic
restaurant, situated in the main hotel. An exclusive choice of venue for receptions
over 50 guests is our permanent marquee, situated in the beautifully landscaped
grounds of the Casa, overlooking the lake. Here at Casa we can offer 10 guest
rooms, most with a lakeside view, enabling you to make your special day even
longer.

Casa chefs have created a variety of menus for your special day, all of which can
be tailored to your own needs. At Casa we offer a variety of choices of menu,
these include sit down meals, hot and cold buffets, and in the warmer months;
barbecues.

We can help you with your choice of menus, wines, floral decoration, seating
arrangements, entertainment and any other special requirements you may have.
If you or your family would like to view the hotel, restaurant or marquee prior to
your wedding we would be delighted to show you around.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings are accepted on the agreement that the terms and conditions below
form the basis of our contractual obligations.

Payment
Your booking can be held provisionally for 14 days after which time the deposit is
due.  The Casa will require a £500 deposit of the overall cost to secure your
booking.  Until the deposit is paid the booking will be considered provisional and
therefore unsecured.  The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.  The
remainder of the balance must be paid six weeks prior to the date of the event. 
Any extras must be settled on the day.  We do recommend that you have
insurance cover.

Venue
All details i.e. seating plans, colour schemes and confirmation of menus and
numbers attending must be finalised two weeks before the event.  The final
numbers given will be the amount catered for and charged for unless the numbers
subsequently increase.

The organiser is responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves or their guests.

Cancellation
In the unfortunate event of the function having to cancel, it will be necessary to
charge a cancellation fee.   Any cancellation, postponement or partial cancellation
should be advised to the hotel verbally and must be confirmed in writing
immediately.                                                         

Cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 8 weeks – 100%
Up to 12 weeks – 50 %
Up to 24 weeks – 25%
Over 24 weeks – £500 (deposit)

If the Casa is unable to honour a booking for any reason beyond our control, the Casa is entitled to cancel without liability and the deposit will be returned.
